Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Commercial Airplanes engineering experience.
• Experience supporting aircraft production environments.
• Experience independently developing and documenting MRB dispositions.
• Experience authoring MRB packages for Senior MRB Authority review.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dispositions maintain aircraft safety and structural integrity.
• Develop compliant repair solutions for production objectives.
• Produce complete, accurate MRB packages for approval.
• Support production operations with timely engineering dispositions.
• Serve as a technical resource to Manufacturing and Quality.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Balance technical requirements with schedules and production demands.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation.
