Qualifications

• 10+ years of Commercial Airplanes engineering experience.
• Experience supporting aircraft production environments.
• Ability to independently develop and document MRB dispositions.
• Experience authoring complete MRB packages for Senior MRB review.
• Strong background in resolving production non-conformances on aircraft structures.
• Expertise with composite materials and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all dispositions maintain aircraft safety and structural integrity.
• Develop compliant repair solutions supporting production objectives.
• Produce complete, accurate MRB packages for approval.
• Support production operations with timely engineering dispositions.
• Serve as technical resource to Manufacturing and Quality teams.
• Identify root causes and support corrective actions.
• Balance technical requirements with schedule and production demands.
• Maintain engineering documentation per requirements.

Job description

Seeking an experienced Senior MRB Engineer with strong, hands-on Commercial Airplanes MRB experience to support aircraft production and non-conformance resolution.

Must have expertise in evaluating non-conforming materials, developing repair solutions, and preparing MRB packages, primarily for composite aircraft structures, in compliance with standards and safety requirements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of Commercial Airplanes engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting aircraft production environments.
• Proven experience independently developing and documenting MRB dispositions.
• Proven experience authoring complete MRB packages for Senior MRB Authority review and approval.
• Significant experience resolving production non-conformances affecting aircraft structure and assembly.
• Strong background supporting composite aircraft structures and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Non-degreed candidates with extensive, directly applicable MRB experience will be considered.
