Seeking an experienced Senior MRB Engineer with strong, hands‑on Commercial Airplanes MRB experience to support aircraft production and non‑conformance resolution.

Must have expertise in evaluating non‑conforming materials, developing repair solutions, and preparing MRB packages, primarily for composite aircraft structures, in compliance with standards and safety requirements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of Commercial Airplanes engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting aircraft production environments.
• Proven experience independently developing and documenting MRB dispositions.
• Proven experience authoring complete MRB packages for Senior MRB Authority review and approval.
• Significant experience resolving production non-conformances affecting aircraft structure and assembly.
• Strong background supporting composite aircraft structures and repairs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Non-degreed candidates with extensive, directly applicable MRB experience will be considered.
