Responsibilities

• Mentor LHIs and cross-functional stakeholders on best practices and execution.
• Lead hardware integration for critical NPI programs across global teams.
• Manage cross-functional interdependencies to mitigate delays and risks.
• Guide design, development, verification, validation, and change governance (PIPO, MR, ECR, ECO).
• Align NPI, Installed Base, Service, Obsolescence, and End-of-Life efforts with business goals.
