Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Director of Hardware Program Integration for MR Engineering to lead end‑to‑end hardware integration across MR platforms, delivering NPI and Installed Base programs.

The role drives hardware strategy, standard work, and manufacturing test solutions, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, service, quality, regulatory and product management to meet customer and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field.
• Demonstrated experience in hardware integration and program or project leadership.
• At least 10 years of engineering experience in hardware product design and development, including three or more years in program management or functional leadership or equivalent.
• Self-motivated, with a strong commitment to Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement.
• Proven success leading global teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership through recruitment, talent development and performance assessment for technical staff.
• Manage resource allocation, headcount and budget planning.
• Develop the team to strengthen program integration and technical excellence.
• Drive innovation with hardware integration strategies and standard work.
• Engage cross‑functional teams to deliver NPI execution and IB integration; ensure regulatory compliance.
