Job summary

gehc is seeking a Senior Lead Hardware Integrator to drive complex MRI hardware programs across the product lifecycle. The role partners with the Program Manager and Core Team to deliver integration excellence across engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, and service in a regulated medical device environment.

You will mentor LHIs, lead NPI hardware integration, manage cross-functional dependencies, and guide teams through PIPO, MR, ECR/ECO processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of MR hardware experience across full product lifecycle.
• Experience designing or leading complex hardware in regulated medical devices.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and program governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Model technical leadership in hardware integration and mentor LHIs and Core Team.
• Lead hardware integration for NPI programs ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Serve as primary hardware representative within program teams across dispersed global partners.
• Proactively manage interdependencies to mitigate risks and prevent delays.
• Guide teams through development processes including PIPO, MR, ECR, ECO and governance.
