Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager - Move Manager & Moves, Adds, Changes to oversee designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities in the Metro Atlanta area.

Responsibilities include developing moving plans, coordinating with facility teams, and ensuring budgets and timelines meet client objectives. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture.
• 5+ years of project management experience in engineering/construction.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a PM capacity.
• Hands-on tenant improvement construction project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive moving plans including timelines and cost estimates.
• Conduct meetings with detailed agenda and post meeting notes.
• Handle post-move issues including damages and punch-list activities.
• Prepare agendas, maintain master project budgets and timelines.
• Review requisitions, change orders and invoices with client and management.
