Job summary

Ender-IT is seeking a Google Workspace Migration Architect to lead a massive enterprise migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise. You will own end‑to‑end migration strategy, governance, and engagement with Google and SI partners.

The role requires 10–15+ years in enterprise architecture, deep Google Workspace and M365 expertise, and strong identity and security capabilities. Remote US‑based with external vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering leadership.
• Proven track record leading massive cloud migrations (ideally 100k+ users).
• Strong hands‑on expertise across Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end migration architecture for M365 to Google Workspace in enterprise environments.
• Lead migration of Exchange Online mailboxes, calendars, and data to Google Workspace services.
• Develop migration strategies, discovery, architecture, pilot, tooling, and cutover plans.
• Architect identity & authentication integration between Entra ID and Google Cloud Identity.
• Define SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, and directory synchronization.
• Establish migration validation, runbooks, and post‑migration support models.
