Jolera is seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to lead complex migrations and document outcomes for clients in the Buffalo, NY area. You will drive projects from discovery to post-migration support, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and strong technical delivery.

The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, and PowerShell, with a track record of successful tenant migrations and governance best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, document, and execute migration projects (G Workspace to M365).
• Lead Exchange On-premises to Exchange Online migrations.
• Manage M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Configure SharePoint Online and Teams environments.
• Lead client workshops and technical discovery sessions.
• Create migration design docs and runbooks.
• Implement risk mitigation and security practices.
• Provide post-migration support and knowledge transfer.
