Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Aeronautics or Automobile Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in product development with project management skills.
• Master’s degree preferred and Six Sigma Black Belt certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop Motors for Whirlpool appliances focusing on Laundry.
• Lead technical developments with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Define validation plans and assess technical maturity at component level.
• Drive New Product Development and Cost & Quality projects for Laundry Powertrain.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams and suppliers for timely execution.
