Strativ Group is seeking a motor-controls engineer to own the motor-drive system from modelling to embedded deployment. You will develop BLDC/PMSM control strategies, model in MATLAB/Simulink, and deploy across DSP/MCU/FPGA platforms, working with inverters, sensors and HW interfaces.

You will validate controls in HIL/SIL environments, support hardware bring-up and testing, and help drive flight-ready hardware with practical decisions on performance, risk and cost.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in motor controls, electric drives and power electronics.
• Hands-on with BLDC/PMSM motors, FOC and three-phase inverters.
• MATLAB/Simulink modelling and control-loop design.
• Experience taking control algorithms through to embedded deployment.
• Electrical depth across inverter power stages, sensors, PCB interfaces and hardware/software integration.
• Proven track record delivering early-stage systems.

Responsabilidades

• Develop BLDC/PMSM motor-control algorithms, including field-oriented control
• Model motors, drives and control loops in MATLAB/Simulink
• Deploy and optimise embedded controls on DSP, MCU or FPGA platforms
• Work directly with three-phase inverters, motor drives, sensors and power-conversion hardware
• Build and use HIL/SIL environments to validate controls, hardware interfaces and fault scenarios
• Support prototype build, hardware bring-up, debugging and performance testing
• Make technical calls on system performance, risk, cost and the route to flight-ready hardware
