Job summary

PlayQ is seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to lead high-impact creative for mobile game campaigns. You will design and animate motion graphics, edit gameplay footage, and craft short-form ads that drive engagement and performance.

With 5+ years in motion graphics and a strong portfolio, you’ll collaborate with Marketing and UA teams, leverage AI tools, and develop modular assets for multi-channel campaigns that resonate with players worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, or performance marketing creative.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design, editorial storytelling, and short-form video production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling for marketing.
• Experience creating original concepts and high-volume creative iterations with a performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Motion Design: Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for user acquisition and marketing campaigns.
• Video Production: Edit gameplay footage, promotional content, AI-generated material, voiceover, music, and sound effects.
• Creative Storytelling: Apply pacing, timing, rhythm, and narrative to create engaging marketing stories.
• Creative Development: Produce new concepts and high-volume variations to improve campaign hooks and messaging.
• Performance Marketing: Create ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, AppLovin, Moloco, and other channels.
• Production Efficiency: Build modular After Effects projects and reusable templates for rapid iteration.
• Creative Optimization: Adapt assets to multiple aspect ratios and placements while preserving quality.
• Project Organization: Maintain clean files, assets, and deliverables for cross-functional teams.
• AI-Enhanced Production: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, and adaptation while maintaining quality.
