Job summary

Qualtrics seeks a Motion Graphics Specialist to bring static designs to life and craft engaging animated experiences across digital, campaigns, and events. You’ll partner closely with video editors, producers, and brand strategists to shape the visual rhythm and polish of our global brand narrative.

The role requires deep fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud and design systems, plus a portfolio showing mastery of timing and typography.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong motion design and static layout.
• Experience creating motion assets in an agency, studio, or corporate in-house.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Frame.io.
• Exposure to 3D motion design tools (Cinema 4D/Blender) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and animate lower thirds, title cards, kinetic typography, animated logos, transitions, and explainer sequences.
• Adapt graphics and animations across social, web, and event formats.
• Develop, maintain, and evolve motion graphics templates and design systems aligned with brand guidelines.
• Produce storyboards, animatics, thumbnails, key art, and style frames early in production.
• Maintain asset libraries and dual-platform workflows (PC + Mac).
• Research emerging trends in motion design and suggest software/workflow improvements.
