Job summary

UserWise is seeking a Senior UI Motion & VFX Artist to bring a premium mobile F2P game experience to life. You will own the motion, feedback, and polish that make the UI feel exciting, responsive, and rewarding while working with UI/UX, art, design, product, and engineering.

This hands-on role requires crafting polished animations, VFX for rewards, transitions, and life-like UI that reads clearly on mobile.

Qualifications

Senior-level UI motion, animation, or VFX for mobile F2P games; 5+ years in the industry.
Portfolio showing polished reward feedback, celebrations, transitions, and animated UI systems.
Strong understanding of timing, easing, anticipation, follow-through, impact, staging, and rhythm.
Ability to create motion that improves clarity and emotional payoff, not just decor.
Experience with game engines, ideally Unity.
Strong knowledge of premium mobile game polish, F2P rewards, and player motivation.
Comfort collaborating with UI/UX Designers, Artists, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback and production needs.

Responsibilities

Create polished UI animations, transitions, and interaction feedback for mobile gameplay, menus, events, offers, and reward flows.
Design reward and celebration VFX such as coin bursts, glows, sparkles, light sweeps, multipliers, prize reveals, and win moments.
Bring static UI screens to life with timing, pacing, anticipation, impact, and readability.
Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to improve hierarchy, clarity, and emotional impact through motion.
Partner with Game Designers and Product to reinforce rewards, progression, streaks, bonuses, and achievement.
Work with Unity Engineers to implement, tune, and optimize UI animation and effects in-game.
Help create reusable motion patterns and feedback systems scalable across features.
Maintain high visual quality while respecting mobile performance and production constraints.
