Born Social in New York is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to craft high-quality assets across social, web, OOH and broadcast. You’ll lead multi-channel design, mentor juniors, and push craft with AI-powered tools, while keeping brand consistency across campaigns.

This hybrid role requires 4+ years’ experience, a strong portfolio in motion and static design, and fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. Salary ranges between $110,000 and $120,000 with Wed/Thu core office days.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in graphic or motion design (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion and static design across multiple channels.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with emphasis on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic and motion design output across multiple briefs with high attention to detail.
• Act as a client-facing design lead, articulating rationale and craft decisions.
• Mentor junior and midweight designers to develop delivery skills.
• Champion AI-powered design tools to push craft while maintaining brand standards.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy and Production to deliver integrated campaigns.
