Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC seeks a dynamic Motion Graphic Designer to lead end-to-end motion graphics for major social campaigns and corporate content. You will collaborate with team leads to translate ambitious ideas into compelling motion content that is on-brand and visually outstanding.

The role requires 6+ years in social content design, expert use of After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere and Cinema 4D.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Design, CS, or relevant experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on social content design—agency, brand, or newsroom environment.
• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and familiarity with Premiere, Photoshop, Cinema 4D.
• Experience leveraging Google generative AI models to push creative boundaries.
• In-depth understanding of major social/video platforms and what makes content shine there.
• Rigorous grasp of design fundamentals and current trends.
• Working knowledge of the Google App Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation of motion graphics, typography, and videos for social campaigns.
• Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to translate ambitious ideas into motion content.
• Champion the motion design identity, ensuring assets are on-brand and visually outstanding.
• Build and optimize After Effects templates to empower workflows and flexibility.
• Organize design assets to enable collaboration and maintain high standards.
• Apply illustration, video editing, and deck design to support creative initiatives.
• Tackle urgent requests with calm, professionalism, and fast turnaround.
• Present designs and explain creative solutions to cross‑functional teams.
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects with changing deadlines.
• Stay on the cutting edge by researching industry trends and new formats.
