Born Social, a social-first creative agency based in New York, is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to craft high-quality assets for social, web, OOH and broadcast. The role blends craft, creativity, and technical skill with channel-specific storytelling, in a hybrid setup where Wednesdays and Thursdays are in-office days.

You will own multi-brand work and help evolve our progression framework. You’ll lead, mentor and collaborate across Creative, Strategy and Production to deliver visually

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in motion design, agency or in-house.
• Platform-spanning multi-channel creatives across social, web, OOH and broadcast.
• Strong craft with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluent with AI design and generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly or similar).
• Excellent communicator and client-facing design lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead graphic and motion design output across briefs while maintaining brand and campaign direction.
• Act as a client-facing design lead and articulate creative rationale.
• Coach and mentor junior and midweight designers.
• Champion AI-powered design tools to push craft further.
• Collaborate with Creative, Strategy and Production to deliver integrated campaigns.
