Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior Designer with strong typography and motion skills for a fast-paced digital agency. You’ll design and animate across brand, digital, social, and campaigns, from concept through final delivery, collaborating with strategy, copy, and account teams.

Bring 5–8+ years of agency experience, a motion-rich portfolio, mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, and comfort presenting to clients. Proficiency with AI design tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of agency experience with a portfolio showing motion production and strong static design.
• Experience producing motion and video content from concept through delivery on real client projects.
• AI proficiency in generating high fidelity images and graphics.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and willingness to keep learning as they evolve.
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with tech and B2B brands and understanding audiences and constraints.

Digital agency is looking for a Senior Designer with strong typography and motion skills. You'll design and animate a wide range of sales enablement work, including pitch decks, sales presentations, sizzle reels, paid social and digital event signage. You also have experience with live-action edits and storyboarding. You can present to clients and also collaborate with vendors and in-house creatives.

What You'll Do

• Own creative from first concept to final delivery across brand, digital, social, and campaign
• Produce motion work end to end, from storyboards and animation to editing and final export
• Create motion for social, video, interactive, and web with intention, not as an afterthought
• Set design direction and elevate brand identity, disciplined when the work calls for it, bold when it should be
• Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and account teams
• Present ideas clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Use AI design tools where allocated to speed up ideation or production, without compromising craft

What You Bring

• 5-8+ years of agency experience, with a portfolio that shows motion production alongside strong static design
• Proven experience producing motion and video content from concept through delivery on real client projects
• AI proficiency in generating high fidelity images and graphics.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools and a willingness to keep learning as they evolve
• Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro, Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with tech and B2B brands, and an understanding of the audiences and constraints of that space
• A clear point of view on brand, and the ability to explain and defend your creative decisions to clients
