• Expertise in EPC/project contracts, government contracting, IP, and digital law (SaaS, cybersecurity, data privacy).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for EPC/project contracts from tender through negotiation, execution, dispute resolution and closure.
• Advise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain) to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
• Manage legal risk across diverse areas, including competition law, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, employment, investigations, claims, and litigation support with global teams.
• Contribute to integrity initiatives and broader legal projects, supporting investigations and policy adherence.
