Job summary

Blue Origin seeks highly skilled engineers in Colorado to join the Motion Control team, focusing on developing and validating Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and test systems. You will create automated test sequences, acquire data, and ensure rigorous test coverage for aerospace components.

Collaborating with design, systems, and quality teams, you will drive test readiness, analyze results, and support TRRs/FRBs while contributing to spaceflight programs and mission assurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience developing EGSE, ATE, and/or test software.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and interface control documents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate EGSE to interface with mechanisms under test.
• Develop test software and automated sequences (Python, LabVIEW) to command EGSE and collect data.
• Set up test fixtures, GSE, and data acquisition systems for electromechanical testing.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and quality engineers to derive and verify test requirements.
• Support test readiness reviews, anomaly investigations, and failure review boards.
• Perform additional duties to support evolving program, test, and business priorities.
