Blue Origin's Honeybee Robotics division in Colorado designs and tests precision motion systems for aerospace programs. The role develops and executes test solutions for electromechanical hardware, owning the test effort from requirements through anomaly closure.

Responsibilities include EGSE/aite design, test fixtures wiring, and data analysis. Candidates should have strong Python/LabVIEW experience and be ready to collaborate across engineering disciplines in a safety-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechatronics, mechanical, controls, aerospace engineering or closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience developing automated test sequences, test software, or data-analysis tools in Python, LabVIEW, C++, C#, or MATLAB.
• Hands-on experience building and operating EGSE, ATE, or comparable test systems for electrical or electromechanical hardware.
• Experience with data-acquisition systems and instrumentation (load cells, encoders, thermocouples, accelerometers).
• Ability to read and troubleshoot electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret test data and drive problems to resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test software and automated test sequences using Python or LabVIEW to command EGSE and collect data.
• Design, develop, and validate EGSE for electrical interfaces to power, command, stimulate, and measure units under test.
• Configure and operate test fixtures, GSE, and data-acquisition systems for electromechanical testing.
• Collaborate with design, systems, and quality engineers to derive and verify test requirements.
• Support Test Readiness Reviews, anomaly investigations, and Failure Review Boards.
• Take on additional duties to support evolving program priorities.
