Job summary

Blue Origin's Honeybee Robotics in Colorado leads the design and testing of high-performance motion control components for NASA and commercial programs. The Lead Test Engineer will own the development and execution of testing for sustaining programs, provide technical leadership, and mentor a team of test engineers.

You will design GSE/EGSE, ensure safe-to-mate verification, and collaborate with engineering, program management, quality, supply chain, and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/related field required.
• 8+ years hands-on test engineering experience in aerospace or precision hardware.
• Experience developing test GSE, test stands, and fixtures from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy, planning, and execution for sustaining programs.
• Design, develop, and maintain test GSE and EGSE for motors and controllers.
• Oversee functional, performance, life, acceptance, and environmental testing.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; drive test efficiency and automation.
