Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Underwrite conventional and government loan products with focus on quality.
• Perform thorough risk analysis of borrower credit and loan structure.
• Exercise delegated underwriting authority within approved limits.
• Partner with Loan Officers to resolve underwriting issues.
