Job summary

SWBC Mortgage Corporation seeks a senior technical expert to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise mortgage technology solutions, with emphasis on ICE Encompass LOS, SQL development, APIs, and workflow automation.

The role targets production support, vendor integrations, and modernization efforts to improve operations, data quality, and user experience across mortgage platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Minimum of ten years of experience designing and building applications.
• Experience with mortgage origination systems, preferably ICE Encompass LOS.
• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL development skills and API integrations.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET, JavaScript, REST APIs and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise mortgage technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server objects and ETL processes for reporting.
• Design and support API-driven integrations across mortgage and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance across systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Implement automation and AI-assisted development tools to improve efficiency.
