Job summary

SWBC is seeking a senior technical professional to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise mortgage technology solutions, with emphasis on ICE Encompass LOS, SQL development, and API-driven workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, advance automation, and modernize systems while ensuring compliance and data quality across mortgage operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of ten years designing and building applications.
• Experience with mortgage origination systems, preferably ICE Encompass LOS.
• Advanced Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL development skills.
• Experience with Encompass APIs and third-party mortgage tech integrations preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage origination, servicing, document management, and vendor ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET / .NET Core, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, JSON/XML.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, IaC, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support mortgage technology solutions with focus on Encompass LOS.
• Design and maintain SQL Server objects including stored procedures, functions, views, ETL, and reporting.
• Build API-driven integrations and workflow automations across mortgage and enterprise platforms.
• Develop secure, scalable business applications using OO design and REST APIs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, optimize queries, and coordinate resolution with teams and vendors.
• Support DevOps, source control, CI/CD, cloud, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
