Job summary

SWBC is seeking a senior technical professional to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise mortgage technology solutions, with emphasis on ICE Encompass LOS, SQL/data development, APIs, workflow automation, and secure business applications.

The role provides senior-level expertise for complex mortgage systems, production support, and modernization efforts that enhance operations, compliance, and user experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field required.
• Ten+ years designing and building mortgage systems.
• Experience with ICE Encompass LOS and related APIs preferred.
• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL and data integration skills.
• Experience with REST/JSON and .NET/C#.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mortgage technology solutions focused on Encompass LOS.
• Build API-driven integrations and automated workflows across platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.
