SWBC Mortgage Corporation is seeking a senior technical professional to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise mortgage technology solutions including ICE Encompass LOS, SQL development, APIs, and automation. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable applications and modernizing mortgage platforms in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring ten years of design/build experience, strong OOP skills in C#/.NET, and proficiency with Encompass APIs, AWS, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum of ten (10) years designing and building applications.
• Experience with mortgage origination systems, ICE Encompass LOS preferred.
• Strong SQL Server/T-SQL development and enterprise reporting skills.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON/XML; AI-assisted tools welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and support mortgage technology solutions with emphasis on ICE Encompass LOS.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server/T-SQL objects, ETL, and operational reporting.
• Create API-driven integrations and workflow automations across platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize queries and performance.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD, cloud, monitoring, and IaC efforts.
