Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks an experienced professional to manage the full lifecycle of client mortgage due diligence projects.

You will act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams, coordinating work, leading kickoff calls, delivering reports, and coaching staff to ensure accurate outcomes across NPL, RPL, and Scratch & Dent portfolios. The role requires deep subject matter expertise in default mortgage servicing, strong leadership, and the ability to review complex

Qualifications

• 7+ years mortgage due diligence experience.
• 4 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Jumbo Prime, Non-Prime, Conforming, FHA/VA, Non-QM, DSCR, NPL/RPL, MSR.
• Proficient with RESPA, TILA, TRID, ATR/QM, Dodd-Frank and related regs.
• Experience reviewing NPL, RPL and Scratch & Dent loan files.
• Excellent client service and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client projects.
• Coordinate work assignments and timelines.
• Lead kick-off calls for new clients or projects.
• Deliver client reports on agreed schedule.
• Provide coaching and training to staff.
• Review complex servicing exceptions for consistency.
• Ensure compliance with servicing regulations and investor requirements.
• Address staff questions and provide guidance on best practices.
