CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Servicing Compliance Testing and Validation Auditor to independently test loan-level servicing activities for regulatory compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of mortgage servicing and the ability to document findings clearly in our systems.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in mortgage servicing, experience auditing loans, and excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills to work with multiple business lines and testing

Qualifications

• 3+ years mortgage servicing experience.
• Experience identifying or evaluating mortgage loan servicing exceptions or control gaps.
• Experience auditing loans including reviewing loan files for accuracy, compliance with regulatory and investor requirements, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Experience in researching and evaluating complex transactions or issue resolution requiring the use of multiple systems and applications.
• Experience identifying and testing compliance and control related activities.
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing activities and associated compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with MSP and associated systems.

Responsabilités

• Perform independent, in-depth, loan-level SCTV testing utilizing the defined testing scripts.
• Evaluate testing results to identify findings signaling process or control weaknesses and document findings in the system of record.
• Review assessment of testing results with designated testing partner.
• Communicate testing results with relevant lines of business to determine disposition of findings.
• Ensure testing results are documented with descriptions of testing results, documentation and rationale.
