Qualifications

• 2-4 years Home Mortgage experience, Loss Mitigation preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database applications.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently and as an engaged member of a team.
• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Knowledge of banking/brokerage products and regulatory requirements; and key processes and controls.
• Experience delivering under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• The primary focus of the QA team is to design and execute quality assurance testing; QA results aid the line of business by ensuring processes and controls function properly and data flows accurately from input to reporting.
• Identifies and develops ways to improve the testing process.
• Builds strong relationships with partners and management, sharing monitoring outcomes.
• Documents testing results in system of record and demonstrates knowledge of business processes and control monitoring.
• Maintains up-to-date understanding of business processes and regulatory requirements for QA testing and controls.
