Job summary

The Servion Group in Minnesota is seeking a professional to perform post-closing and pre-funding quality control reviews of residential mortgage loans, ensuring compliance with investor/agency guidelines, state and federal requirements, and lender- or client-specific overlays.

You will review credit, income documentation, assets, and appraisals, recompute income and ratios, verify employment and asset data, and escalate red flags as needed, supporting Level I–III QC work and collaborating with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QC, post-closing, compliance, and/or underwriting experience with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, and FHLB guidelines or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Familiarity with mortgage loan documentation and investor/agency requirements.
• Ability to recalculate income, ratios, and assets with accuracy.
