Qualifications

• Three to five years of mortgage lending or loan processing experience or training.
• Experience with mortgage programs and agency requirements is preferred.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review underwriting decisions and prepare letters; obtain required documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for appraisals and title documents within timelines.
• Maintain communication with borrowers and internal partners throughout the process.
• Process various mortgage loan products including conventional, government, and down-payment assistance.
