Job summary

The-Mortgage-Link is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop in Northville, MI. This full-time role manages a heavy pipeline from application to clear-to-close and requires self-sufficiency and a results-driven approach.

You’ll review income, including self-employed, complex, and Non-QM scenarios, clear conditions proactively, and communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to keep loans moving while meeting Conventional, FHA, VA, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of mortgage processing experience.
• Ability to handle a high-volume pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Strong knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume pipeline from application to clear-to-close
• Structuring files upfront to avoid underwriting delays and conditions
• Reviewing income including self-employed, complex, and Non-QM scenarios
• Clearing conditions quickly and proactively
• Communicating with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and borrowers to keep loans moving
• Ensuring files meet Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM guidelines
• Staying compliant with TRID/CFPB requirements while maintaining speed
