Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent residential mortgage processing experience.
• Demonstrated experience with purchase transactions.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Manage residential mortgage loan files from application through clear-to-close.
• Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation.
• Prepare complete and well-documented files for underwriting.
