Elliman Capital in New York is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join a hybrid, commission-based team. We offer an uncapped commission with competitive bps, a full product menu (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, BPL) and dedicated marketing support.

You will bring an active NY NMLS license (or ability to obtain promptly), 2+ years of front-end origination experience, and strong client-focused consultative skills to build referral networks and manage a high-volume pipeline.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license in New York (or ability to obtain promptly).
• 2+ years of front-end origination experience; luxury/investor market experience preferred.
• Established referral relationships.
• Strong consultative and communication skills with client-first focus.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage a high-volume, deadline-driven pipeline.
• Tech‑proficient and comfortable operating in a digital‑first environment.
