Elliman Capital, the mortgage lending arm of Douglas Elliman, is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor for its Miami office. You will manage residential loan files from submission to clear to close, working in tandem with loan officers, underwriters, and closers to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on processing, strong TRID knowledge, and experience with Encompass. This role requires in-person work in Miami and offers base salary plus per-file bonuses.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Ability to analyze income for W-2 and self-employed borrowers.
• Working knowledge of TRID disclosure requirements.
• Experience with a mortgage loan origination system.
• Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple files.
• Clear, professional communication with lenders, borrowers, and agents.
• Willingness to work full-time in the Miami office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned pipeline of residential loans from submission through clear to close.
• Review new files for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Analyze income and asset documentation and resolve issues before they become conditions.
• Order and track appraisals, title, flood certifications, and other verifications.
• Submit complete, well-organized files to underwriting and clear conditions promptly.
• Communicate status to Loan Officers, borrowers, real estate agents, and attorneys.
• Maintain accurate loan data in Encompass and coordinate with closing team.
• Escalate risks to closing dates, lock expirations, or loan eligibility promptly.
