Job summary

Chase is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist in Jacksonville, FL to review TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosures for completeness and compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines. This role sits within the Pre-Purchase team and supports loan file accuracy and timely processing.

Responsibilities include reviewing escalated requests, applying procedures, and ensuring documentation meets Chase purchasing requirements.

Qualifications

Two years of TRID and predatory lending knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mortgage loan origination, processing or closing experience required.
Understanding of mortgage closing documents.
Detail oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and production.
Ability to evaluate and analyze loan level information to determine actions.

Responsibilities

Review escalated work requests from internal and external partners.
Review procedures and apply them when reviewing loans.
Validate client documentation is executed properly according to Chase requirements.
Place conditions on loans for review when documentation doesn't meet guidelines.
Maintain production and quality levels on all loans reviewed.
Work daily and weekly reports.
