Responsibilities

Ensure loss mitigation activities comply with investor guidelines, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and laws; maintain borrower/investor communications.
Monitor performance, processes, and reporting to improve efficiency and financial results.
Drive strategies to maximize incentive revenue and reduce fee-related risk through quality control.
Identify and mitigate operational, financial, regulatory, and reputational risks with strong controls.
Lead, coach, and develop team members; oversee performance management and growth.
Establish KPIs, implement corrective actions, and resolve complex account situations.
Represent the department with internal and external stakeholders and maintain industry relationships.
