Job summary

Bank of England Mortgage is seeking a Mortgage Servicing & Loss Mitigation Specialist to join our Little Rock, AR team. You will work directly with borrowers to resolve delinquent mortgage accounts, evaluate loss mitigation options, and provide knowledgeable, responsive service throughout the process.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop expertise in mortgage servicing, default management, and regulatory-compliant loss mitigation—experience is a plus, but extensive mortgage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, banking, financial services, mortgage, collections, loan servicing, insurance, escrow, or account management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Mortgage servicing, default, escrow, or loss mitigation experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of mortgage investor, agency, or regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with borrowers regarding delinquent mortgage accounts and help identify appropriate paths toward resolution.
• Assist borrowers with loss mitigation options per guidelines.
• Collect and review financial information and loss mitigation documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide support related to mortgage payments, balances, escrow, insurance, taxes, and other servicing questions.
• Review account activity and servicing reports, identify required follow-up, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Manage multiple accounts and deadlines while providing professional, customer-focused service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support positive customer outcomes.
