Qualifications

• Experience with call center systems and auto dialers advantageous.
• Experience with ICE Mortgage MSP is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications; strong data entry.

Responsibilities

• Initiate proactive contact with delinquent borrowers to reduce defaults.
• Negotiate and restructure repayment plans to avoid foreclosure.
• Adhere to federal, state, investor and insurer requirements in collections.
• Collaborate with investor representatives to maximize collections.
• Explain loss mitigation programs and document borrower information accurately.
• Provide backup support during high volume periods.
