Job summary

BECU is seeking a Sr Mortgage Loan Processor to guide members through the mortgage lending journey. You will handle conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance from application to closing.

The role involves reviewing underwriting findings, coordinating with Loan Officers, and ensuring timely disclosures and document submissions. Remote or hybrid work options are available, with WA residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of mortgage loan processing or underwriting experience.
• Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans.
• Familiarity with TRID and related disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Process conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo loan files accurately and timely.
• Review AUS findings and disclosures to resolve conditions.
• Maintain file integrity and accurate data entry in LOS.
• Meet regulatory requirements throughout processing and closing.
• Communicate decisions and timelines clearly to Loan Officers and members.
