Job summary

BECU is seeking a Sr Mortgage Loan Processor to guide members through the mortgage lending journey. You will work with conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and BECU portfolio loans, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to TRID requirements.

You will evaluate documents, resolve conditions, and manage timelines to keep loans on track for closing while communicating with Loan Officers and members to provide a smooth experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or education-related experience.
Minimum two years of experience as a mortgage loan processor or underwriter.
Experience with conventional, FHA, VA and Jumbo loan products is preferred.

Responsibilities

Protect the integrity of every loan in compliance with requirements.
Review AUS findings and verify data accuracy across loan systems.
Ensure regulatory requirements are met during processing and closing.
Complete TRID requirements and Early CD on loans moving to closing.
Meet lock-in expirations and process extension requests as needed.
Maintain clear communication with Loan Officers and members throughout processing.
