Job summary

Bond Street Mortgage is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our Paramus, NJ office. You will manage residential loan files from submission to closing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulator compliance, while collaborating with loan officers, underwriters, borrowers, and title companies.

The role supports onsite collaboration with our team, with potential for remote work for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential mortgage loan processing.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA/USDA and DU/LP findings.
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred.
• Spanish speaking strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review all incoming loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency/investor guidelines.
• Input and maintain borrower data and documentation in the LOS (preferably Encompass).
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, title agents, attorneys, and third-party vendors to ensure documentation is in place for underwriting approval and closing.
• Prepare final loan files for closing and coordinate with closing department, title companies, and attorneys to schedule closings.
• Monitor pipeline to ensure loans progress within timelines and resolve delays.
