Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of mortgage lending guidelines, compliance, and documentation.
• Ability to work on-site daily and manage multiple files with deadlines.
• Experience with conventional, government, and non-QM loans.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify mortgage loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Collect and organize borrower financials, including income and assets.
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters and title companies.
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting review.
• Monitor progress and address documentation or condition requirements.
• Provide timely updates to borrowers and internal teams on loan status.
• Ensure files adhere to lending guidelines and processing deadlines.
