Job summary

Digital Risk, LLC. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our on-site team in Boca Raton, FL.

You will manage a pipeline of 25–50+ loans, process documentation from application to funding, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of loan processing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of loan processing experience
• Knowledge of processing, underwriting and closing procedures
• Excellent customer service and direct customer contact
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Regular, reliable, and predictable on-site presence during standard business hours.
• Manage an assigned pipeline of 25-50+ loans on a daily and weekly basis.
• Process loans from application to funding including collecting and analyzing documents for underwriting.
• Communicate expectations, requirements and program details through established standards.
• Maintain daily workflow prioritization to meet closing dates and compliance requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients and keep all parties informed.
