Cruitin is partnering with a respected mortgage industry client to identify an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor. Based in Marlton, NJ, this on-site role handles loan files from application through underwriting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while delivering exceptional customer service.

Our client seeks a highly organized professional with 3+ years in mortgage processing and knowledge of conventional, government, and non-QM loans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
• Experience with conventional, gov and non-QM loans
• Knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and regulations
• Ability to work on-site daily

Responsibilities

• Review and verify mortgage loan application documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Collect, analyze, and organize borrower financial documentation, including income, assets, credit reports, and supporting records
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth loan process
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting review
• Monitor loan progress and proactively address documentation or condition requirements
• Provide timely updates to borrowers and internal teams regarding loan status
• Ensure all files adhere to federal, state, investor, and company lending guidelines
• Maintain accuracy and meet processing deadlines in a high-volume environment
