Qualifications

Responsibilities

Set conditions for processing and analyze loan files for underwriting.
Review paperwork for loans, set conditions for processing and prepare for underwriting and QC.
Verify borrower information and perform QC of loan files.
Coordinate data collection from applicants and verifications.
Monitor deadlines for loans and track activity in the mortgage loan system.
