The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of mortgage experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to economic justice. Proficiency with Encompass and MS Office is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set conditions for processing and analyze loan files for underwriting and QC.
• Review loan paperwork and verify borrower information and disclosures.
• Monitor deadlines and compliance alerts in the mortgage loan system.
• Coordinate data collection and verifications from applicants and lenders.
• Train and supervise staff on disclosures and loan estimates.
