Job summary

RCB Bank in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to grow our home-loan business with current clients and real estate partners. You will review credit and financial information, present loan programs, and ensure compliance with lending guidelines.

We value integrity, community involvement, and a client-focused approach. You will mentor new staff, train partners, and help borrowers realize their home ownership goals while navigating FHA/VA and other programs.

Qualifications

• You have good interpersonal and communication skills to generate referral business and leads.
• You possess extensive knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, and Rural Development guidelines.
• You possess extensive knowledge of RESPA and MDIA compliance.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and skilled at prioritizing tasks.
• You enjoy helping people realize their dreams of home ownership.
• You care about your community and have a desire to be involved.
• NMLS registration or ability to obtain NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Generate loans from outside sales calls including, but not limited to real estate companies, builders, relocation companies, and the public.
• Meet with prospective borrowers, review and analyze credit and financial information, determine borrower financing objectives, and present appropriate products, programs, and disclosures as required.
• Provide training and guidance to newly-hired mortgage loan staff.
