Job summary

RCB Bank in Oklahoma City seeks an experienced mortgage professional to generate loans, foster client relationships, and promote bank products and services. The role includes guiding current and past clients, and working with real estate professionals to grow referral networks.

Ideal candidates bring FHA/VA/USDA guidance knowledge, NMLS registration, five years of mortgage lending experience, and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset focused on community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; NMLS registration or ability to obtain it.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in mortgage lending functions.
• Sales experience preferably in the mortgage industry.

Someone responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting Bank products/services while maintaining good relationships with current clients, past clients, and real estate professionals. Responsible for training and providing assistance to new or existing Mortgage Loan Originators.

What you’ll do:

• Generate loans from outside sales calls including, but not limited to real estate companies, builders, relocation companies, and the public.
• Meet with prospective borrowers, review and analyze credit and financial information, determine borrower financing objectives, and present appropriate products, programs, and disclosures as required.
• Provide training and guidance to newly-hired mortgage loan staff.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED
• NMLS or the ability to obtain NMLS registration
• Financial organizational skills and financial information understanding
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in mortgage lending functions
• Sales experience preferably in the mortgage industry
